Tom Takahashi, our director and property manager, moved from Japan to Australia in 2006. Initially, Tom struggled to settle in but soon discovered that Australia is very fair and full of opportunities and rewards those who work harder and continuously challenge themselves as Tom has seen many hardworking people achieve their dreams. Then Tom decide to help these people and make better society
