Tom was our rental agent and he was the natural choice when we decided to seel our unit. He already had a report with the tenant which made showing and fixing a few things much easier, As he sold a few unit in the complex and got the highest prices of all the agents, he knew exactly what it was worth and strived to achieve that. He sold the unit before advertising and we saved a lot of money and time. He had a few prospective buyers im line and the second one bought our unit. There were a few little things to be fixed and he got quotes and arranged with the tenant to be fixed. We are very happy with Tom’s service and would recommend him as either a rental or selling agent to everyone. Thank you Tom

We lived in the property for three years, and the overall experience from moving in to moving out was very smooth and positive. The property was well maintained throughout our tenancy, and the garden was regularly and well looked after by the property manager. Communication was always clear and responsive, and any issues were handled promptly.

The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to supermarkets and the train station, making it very suitable for people without a car. Overall, it was a great rental experience over the past three years, and I would definitely recommend them.
