It is getting colder from this week. Tenants started to report no hot water from the bathroom and kitchen mixer tap. The issue was a blocked aerator. Replacing it restored the necessary water pressure for the gas hot water system to function. We keep aerators in stock for quick fixes, avoiding the need for a plumber.
